WELL!
Don't even do business with these guys ever ever ever...


Racemode is the company that did my ND4SPD shirts, and they are also a company that has ripped me off...

First of all, they never ship on time.
But whats worse, is that back in oooooh, say, AUGUST I ordered 35 shirts because at cougarfest, the ND4SPD shirt was such a hit. The shirts arrived late, of course, but what was more annoying, the 3 small size shirts I ordered were left out.

The three were for - A local lady friend, Mav's wife, and Christina...
Obviously, Helen and Christina did not get their shirts at Hamillfest, but I said 'no worries, i'll have them soon'

I get back, inform Edmund (owner) at Racemode of the situation, and the shirts would be sent.
nothing...
another call
nadda
email, phone calls... all led to nothing, and infact, he went of vacation for 2 weeks.

when I did get through, I just got the "we've been omg super busy" explanation, and the one time they did return my call, it was his 'representative' who was very appologetic, and said that he would see to it that the three shirts are sent PLUS 7 free ones in any size i wanted.

still nothing.

its been 6 months...... and guess what, nothing's changed.
you'd think that after buying over 50 shirts, that i'd have some service... but they are a company that really only cares about you if you are a major show, or sponsor.

So anyway, I'm still working on it - Helen and Christina WILL get their shirts... mark my words!! lol.



Just warning everyone - DON'T go to Racemode for anything.

im going through the same thing with CustomCougars... well ProMotion Tuning..placed my order in august and still dont have it... when they finally shipped it out it got 'lost in the mail' im still trying to work things out with the owners. It sucks man, i feel your pain

ah true! but this was going to be the tanktop ;) - something you would not be wearing! haha!

I'd love to agree with you....but I never had a single problem ordering from him.

well he hasnt responded back to the email i sent him yesterday morning...
so i dunno... i never had a problem before either, but theres always a first

Well both times I ordered stuff from him I had problems. I won't be doing bussiness with him again! :disgust:

Haven't heard back from James since my email on the 9th... i followed up again this morning... I have low hopes in actually getting my order or a refund... but i gave it one last shot.
