Well, I was on my way back to school in Upstate (Rochester) NY today, and as I was passing through PA on 90 East, I saw a Laser Red, 99-00 Cougar, with OEM CF hood, Extreme front bumper, Wings West sides, some rear (I didn't a long view), and an exhaust that looked like the Weapon R (fart cannon). They were headed West on 90. Was it a member here? If so, Hey!

hey, that was me. The rear was custom made by ApexMG. I waved but i guess you didnt see me.

Don't know how it was really. Car doesn't sound familiar at all.

Jus playin man, heh. Glad to see some people can take a joke. That car doesnt sound familiar. First you said red and New york i thought of Curtis, but that wouldnt be him, he doesnt have the xtreme front. You should have busted a u-ie and recruited his ass. :)
