FS: Engine Stand w/ Free Engine Price Lowered

I'm moving at the end of the month and need to get ride of this. I bought the engine stand this past summer from summit I think it cost like $80. The engine is out of my 99 cougar, has 80k miles on it, it had developed a light knock, I believe it was due to oil stravation. I honestly have no idea how bad the engine is because I never paid to have any diagnostics performed, I just had a couple of car guys listen to it and they said the knock sounded like it was coming from the lower part of the block, so I said **** it and pulled it.

Asking Price lowered $30 - Local Pick Up, the engine must go with it.

If I had more time I would have torn the engine apart just for fun/knowledge, but I ran out of time.

Does it have all the manifolds?

Sorry, I can't meet anyone halfway as I don't have access to a truck. I would like this gone by January 29th, but the sooner the better. The engine is pretty much complete minus the LIM, Alternator, and PS pump. It does have the UIM and the the exhaust manifolds.
