I was driving back from charleston monday morning and on a long stretch on 77 i was doing about 85 in a 70. I was keeping pretty even distance from the car in the lane next to me. Me sitting about a car length behind him. I see a motorcycle come out of nowhere doing around 110 or so and slides between me and the car next to me. 100 feet ahead two state troopers are sitting on the median and immediately pull out and chase him down the bike kinda takes his time pulling over until the first cop car pulls in front of him and the second pulls behind him making a v around the bike so he would have to drive through the mud to get out, The cops hopped out and i drove on, it was hilarious. Made that trip sooo much better

i was on the interstate the other day driving going a bout 70 when a crotch rocket flew past me, i slammed the throttle and when i got to 85 i when ahead and let off because i realized he was already half a mile ahead of me :flushed: slowed back down to 70 and cruised the rest of the way home. Those things can be crazy fast.

Theres a guy that lives down the street from my parents house in my hometown that owns one of the 4 streetbikes in the country that can go over 300 mph. It does 160 in the 1/4 mile. I wish my Cougar could just go 160 period. :(

wonder what his 300 mph bike would look like after laying it over at that speed.... say... in front of a 18 wheeler going the other direction...

In the area im from, not sure if its nation wide or what, but if a motorcycle gets over a certain speed...around 120 I think... the police have to stop the chase because it gets too dangerous for the rider.

I know state troopers that love to chase them at any speed that can. But then again there is my next door neighbor cop that wont chase them if they run at all.

lol. yeah when I get my bike out in the summer and ride it enough, getting back in the cougar on rainy days and such seems so slow....

Florida Highway Patrol has a bunch of cars like that as well. The most common are the 500hp Camaros that they use. On top of that, many of them are equipped with spray. A buddy of mine was speeding down I95 one day and one of those Camaros came after him. He sprayed and the Camaro was still catching up. Those are cars I would NOT want to mess with. Not to mention the Miami PD has a marked Lamborghini I've heard stories about. Probably belonged to some poor drug dealer that got busted and had all his sh** confiscated.

500 cobra R's made each year....pretty sure they don't end up under CHP ownership. Cobras and z28s yes...mostly z28s

most of those interceptors walk the fine line between catching someone speeding and causing the speeding... if a huge Z28 or cobra R tried to race me ever, i'm pretty sure i would laugh... a cougar vs. a cobra R... hmmmmmm

Oh c'mon, you could take him! Its not like its a giant ass V8 or anything. The Coug can take on anything! Have Faith! (and throw something explosive at him when he takes the lead, ever play Road Rash?)

I shoot my AR15 one handed all the time. Actually, I fired off about 10 rounds like that last night. Its not that hard, no recoil really. And it has a lightened short barrel so its not as unwieldy. I was also shooting a Mossberg pistol grip pump like it was a glock. That was fun haha.
