So what did everyone do for New Years? Come on people....share your pics and stories.

My only story is that I got my 21 year old brother trashed and he puked for the first time. Poor kid. LOL Don’t think I did bad stuff to him....I looked after him all night and then he puked out the window of my cougar. Not in it!!
I tried to teach him how to do rounds and how control your intake of alcohol so that you don’t end up plastered....We'll work more on that next time...

So what did everyone else do?

21 year old brother

no offence but he sounds like he has the tolerance of a 16yr old.....not to brag but he should come spend a week at my college....that'll give him the education he needs to go shot for shot

but lets see...oh i did nothin...spent the whole time on the phone with my girl...

Did the Mt Tremblant thing again this year (got back a little while ago). More riding this year than drinking (mainly b/c I was pissed at the staff for being on strike). Ended up staying in the new condos of the hotel from last year and it ended up only costing $60 more than last year and this year rather than just a hotel room we had a 3 bedroom condo, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, couches, fireplace, and a balcony with a BBQ.

Even better yet I got called for a job interview at a place I applied to ages ago ( ATI) on the drive home. Looks like 06 is starting out well (and if this interview doesn't pan out I may be playing with Porshces/Audis/BMW's all day in another potential job).

Best of luck to all in 2006.

yeah neither of us were awake at 12:00...well apparently the fiance was though...
i bet tremblant was fun...i was supposed to o a couple years back...well a lot years back when i was in University...but i broke my knee three days before we left...i decided it would be a good idea to hit up collingwood before heading to the mountians for a weekend..apparently that was a bad idea in the grand scheme of things..

my buddy owns a bar at queen and woodbine called @2026 (thats the address, 2026 queen st), and i went there with a bunch of friends and we drank our faces off, and the only cost I incurred all night was the cab fare...it was a sweet deal...

edit: i went to tremblant in may...i freakin love that place...so many girls, so little time :)

Hung out at our friends apartment with a few others. Very low key but enjoyable. I was coming off a pretty bad cold so I only had three beers.

Nothing too exciting. Went up to Eric's (MUSKOKN) cottage with Maya (CougarBum) and a few other people.

Pretty relaxed weekend. Lots of drinking and lots of movies watching.

OH! Can't forget about the fireworks at midnight. Those were fun.

Like I said, nothing really exciting. But it was alot of fun.

At New Years he probably had more beer than he's had in his entire life. He's not very social to begin with so the bar is a stretch. He goes to Conestoga...Where do you go?

After Go-Karting and Hockey we should have a snow hill meet. I've always wanted to try and break my leg.

No, not really to you. I know a couple people that snow board and they always have something broken. Then they say ‘Its fun, you should try it!’ Yeah right! LOL I just thought it would be fun to go with some other inexperienced people.

Actually there are way more skiers with broken bones than snowboarding. I have a friend out in BC who works Ski Patrol, he tells me most of the snowboarding injuries are sprained wrists. I've been snowboarding for almost 15 years and never broke anything. (knock on wood) It's easy you should try it! ;) We should have a ski day!

Most of the problems with my knee came from skiiing (racing GS and running moguls). My only injury from snowboaring was a busted up chin and a cracked crown from running a BX course a number of years back.

If anyone is up for a day at the hills let me know. Most likely I will be out riding anyways weather permitting.

yeah there is considerably more busted up skiiers then boarders...too many edges to catch...lol..and they say snowboarding is harder to learn...

i did see one guy bust both legs boarding one day though..wipeout and smoked a tree...theres the difference for the most part...boarders have to hit something for the most part to get busted up and skiiers just have to fall...lol our equipment does the rest of the damage..lol

Dan... I LOVE Great Big Sea... funny coincidence is I'm listening to their DVD at my desk at work right now! ( listening, not watching... I'm ignoring the screen :) )

Anyways... New Years was a blast as always with our usual local group of friends including Puckpuck and Mcon99.
