P1519 Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) malfunction (stuck closed)
P1408 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) flow out of Self-Test range

replace spark plugs and wires, then clean your imrc controls. take off the egr and see how f'd up it is. if its beyond a good cleaning get a new one from ford. there is a dealership (fordpartsonline.com) that will hook you up with a fair price.
