it happened last thursday a cab turned into me i got the bad news yesterday about it i am really sore all over was told i have sever whiplash i have a little cut & burn on my right wrist they said from the air bag going off other then that i am very very lucky have not been at work since it happened

Sorry to hear about your accident! Looks to be some salvigable items (Wings West Kit, and some 01-02 items in the cabin)

Wow, thats a lot of damage! No question that was a write off! Are you able to snag some parts off it? I guess with your neck you not in any condition to start stripping parts. I know, I was in pain for three months after getting rear ended by an F350!

Can't sue the Cab company! "No Fault Insurance" But you can claim against your Insurance company, talk to a Paralegal and they will tell you what you can and can't do. Just don't sign anything exonerating the Insurance Company for your Injuries.
