Hi everyone.

As most of you know, I have a very heavily modified and Pro Charged 2.5 V6
I therefore need some extra guages to keep an eye on everything. I'm not a lover of loads and loads of dials in my car so I have therefore only allocated my 2 center air vents to mount 2 guages.
Therefore my question is in 3 parts.

1) What things should I keep a check on and thus have a guage to monitor?

2) What guages would you recommend that will fit into the air vent holes?

3) All my dashboard is blue so I would therefore like my guages to be blue. Does anyone know of any that fit the above criteria?

Thanks to a previous post here I have been looking at these two here:

Any thoughts guys?

I am not a fan of a lot of gages either but if you have a heavily modified car you should have..... vac/boost, EGT, Oil Temp, Oil psi, WIDEBAND O2 A/F meter, an accurate coolant temp gage, and inlet air. If I were you I would just get a good data logger for most of this stuff and keep a lap top in your car. That way you don't look obnoxious if you are just out driving normal. But you will have all the data you need when you are racing/spirited.

I agree with the data loger, but you have the right two gauges to show for "holy crap" monitoring. Vac/Boost is the most important gauge in my car so it's good to have one dedicated. As long as the multi-function will make some kind of alarm if you run lean and/or exhaust temps hit a certain point I say those are the two I'd go with. I only have a dummy air/fuel to tell me if I run super lean but that multi function looks nice.
