View Full Version : Stupid Cavaqueer people...

I went cruising around tonight, and this 02+ Cavaqueer coupe kept revving at me. I dusted him at 4 consecutive lights, but he kept coming like he wanted some more. He pulls up at a light and the guy in the passenger seat starts trying to talk trash to me. He said "Do you think you can win if I was driving? What if my friend in the back was driving?" I told him "I don't care if Michael Shumacher is driving, you still have a Cavalier!" He kept going on and on about "I've beat one of those things before, I know I can beat you!" I told him "You must have raced a 4 cylinder or an automatic, because theres no way a driver change can speed you up that much!" He went on and on about "Well lets pull into this gas station, and we'll switch drivers and see what happens!" Well first of all, he's in the left turn lane and I'm in the middle of 3 "thru" lanes, with cars on both sides. How the hell am I supposed to get to the gas station? So I run down the road, flip around and come to the gas station. He's gone. I guess he pussed out and actually grew a couple brain cells and realized that he'd get smoked no matter who was driving.
Is it me, or are the Cavaqueer people worse than the Honda people sometimes? They live by the "Ecotec" name more than Honda people do with "VTEC"! I have yet to meet an intelligent Cavaqueer driver. I've found a few Honda people that are pretty cool, but not a Cavaqueer driver. What the hell is wrong with those people? The car is absolute crap. I've had to drive a few when I was a Lot Tech at a Honda dealer, and they are the cheapest piles of crap I've ever seen. Hyundai's are better quality than those things.
Damn, sorry I just had to rant about that.

I agree, they are cheap feeling...I beat one with what looked like a muffler in my stock ATX v6. People are just ignorant, can't help themselves. The Ecotec is a pretty well rounded 4 cyl. But it's still nothing special, it's not a B18 GSR engine lol.

Ecotec's an awesome motor. Don't knock it.
They are just wicked detuned for factory cars. Very easy to make very fast.

No, the cavaqueer people were gonna switch drivers. They said the kid driving couldn't drive worth a sh!t, but that the passenger could make Michael Shumacher look like a moron. They said they were pulling into the gas station, but when I flipped around and got there, they were gone.

When you find yourself up against a 5 speed z24 (esp. the 2.3) or a sunfire gt.. dont' be surprised if they give you a run for your money. The ecotecs are also strong motors that like boost.. but from factory.. eh
