They seem to be gel coated white. Do I still need to sand theese before I paint them? Or do I just primer and paint them?

I would still wet sand them, then primer, wetsand again with a finer grit, and paint away.

What we do to paint them is clean them first, than wet sand them with 320, then primer them with a high build primer, them wet sand the out with 600, then ready for paint.
