I have a '99 cougar, 2.0L. For a while now, a CEL has been coming up every couple of weeks. I hooked up my code reader and it shows PO133 (slow circuit response, bank1 sensor1). I presume it's one of the oxygen sensors but which one? Also, should I replace both at the same time or is it safe to just replace the one that is malfunctioning? Thanks
