Yay for accidents

Well i got hit by a 55 Chevy The other week and the good news is that i just ordered OEM Carbon fiber hood, X1fenders,the buddy club 2 body kit, and creative compact coilovers. So needless to say that this rocks. I just hope it all gets done by cougar fest. That would rock even more.

Mitch ask Adam and any number of other people. DO NOT RUSH THE SHOP DOING THE BODY WORK. If they get rushed then your kit is going to look like crap then you are going to have to deal with any number of other problems and pay more money out to get it done right. If you just ordered the stuff and you don't have it yet I would say your Cougar will probably willn't be at fest this year. But I will keep my fingers crossed for yea.

jason - Well since its an insurance thing, the body shop is giving it priority and im kinda tight with the owners. They normally would not even do kits or custom parts for insurance claims but they made an exception. Im not gonna rush them, i told them about cougarfest but i also told them that if its gonan take longer thats ok.

YOSLVR442 - Actually in the wonderful state of NJ bumpers are not required (ironic for a state obsessed with safe driving), and i guess the kid that had the 55 thought that it would look "cool" to take his off. So actually his car got messed up more than mine did.

O man do i agree with you on the Yay for accidents lol i hit a dog with my car and i got a kit for mine finaly its the min garage kit the insurance company gave me 1500$ for hitting a dog.

Well after the long anticipated wait, the parts are finally scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Now i know my body shop is good, but are they gett everything done and paint the whole car in less than 24hrs for CF goog?
