I assume this would go under tidewater but as I was on my way back up to my home in gainesville from myrtle beach, I was on 295 going aorund richmond and as I glanced over the highway to the other side(I was a passenger in my friends black mustang) I spotted a silver cougar with what looked to be a lip kit maybe razzi or wings west kit and razzi high rise spoiler. Curious if it was anyone in this chapter.
