Ok I keep seeing this black Cougar with FL plates in my parking garage here in ATL???? Hmmmmmmmmmmm?? Anybody know who it is?? I'm just curious if its someone in Cooga or not... Cuz I'm the white Cougar with FL plates... :-)

I saw a black one with a kit going up 85 the other morning and it got of at 285. It had a kit and taillight covers but that was about it. I don't remember what state plates it had though.
