Hey guys!
I bought a set of sides for my car and the guy has my money already but it's been a couple of months and he keeps avoiding me and such. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Or do I just need to suck up the $100?

How did you pay? If it was paypal or credit card you can dispute it and get your money back, or if it was on ebay you can also dispute it. If it was cash or a check, well... If you know where he lives you might try callin the authorities.

If you have any contact between you and him (emails, pm's etc.) you may want to print them out. And like Curtis said you have his name and address, so you might try his local police.
