I'm home for now

Well, turns out I'm allergic to 4 different types of bees, they stuck over a dozen different kneedles in my arm and 4 came back postive to different types of hornets and wasps.

So a long story short you can't go to the area in Iraq that I was going to becuase there is no coallition medical center within 5 hours of the combat zone and if I were to get stung I would put my squad and myself at risk. So they DQed me and I was sent home. I kinda have mixed emoitons about it all, I'm glad to be home to my wife and familiy. but I miss the army life, 4:45am wake up, morning runs and training, and all my squad members and all the mad cash I was making it was almost 4K a month!


Anyways we need to celebrate. I think we should have a get together at the dells since i missed the last one. I want to go gokarting maybe some minigolf or even a waterpark?

i'd be up for another trip to Mt. Olympus! especially with this weather, the water park shizzle wouldn't be so bad.

welcome home buddy. so did you actually get to set foot on hostile land? ... what ya gonna get to do now? i figured you're still under military rule. i wouldn't be surprised to see ya stuck behind a desk pushin papers til your tour is done.. hehe.

Wanna come help me glass my interior this week or do you have plans? I asked off Wed-Friday to get things goin and get my car show ready which it is FAR from..

Mt. Olympus was awesome... I really don't want to stand in hour plus lines though.. and I can't swim so the water rides don't interest me.. carting and coasters are my passion... I'd be down to make the trip with the Coug if the park isn't dead packed.

I wouldn't mind a paper pushin job, the pay would still be better than what I'm at, but I called work today and I go back the 1st. :thumbsdn:

I'm going to try my hardest to get a military type job, don't know if its possible now though. Still have to go once a month now, not going to be much to do.

welcome back well i wish my luck was as good last thur. my car was hit in a hit and run witnesses thank god need new front, fender sideskirt. but i guess my unlucky ass is going to afganistan for 4 months to provide security and the army bases there:banghead: well hopefully i get back in one piece and my car can get put back into one piece but anyways welcome back home i feel ur emotions on having to go and serve this great country and then have to come back and leave ur military buddies back in the sand box.
