Thinking of doing something to my headlights now. Haven't really decided whether or not I want to paint them yet. There are 2 things which Iam pretty certain I'll be doing though. The first thing I want is clear turn signals. I know I can get euro headlights which I think looks great, but I don't want to spend like $500 for them. I want to look for a more economic way of doing this. Would I able to buy a clear reflector made for our car and just install it in my headlight? The second thing I want is demon eyes. I believe there isn't much different in price no matter how I do it. Well I think the price for these are reasonable so cost is not my main concern. What's more important is how it looks. I want to look for a set that's "real blue". The more blue tint there is to it, the better. Of course what's even more important is that they're reliable and would last a long time. I don't want to install them and have to replace them within a year. Anyway so please give me any suggestions and info on how I should do these and where I can find these parts. Many thanks.

Both the things you mentioned can be made yourself with a few parts from a place like Home Depot for a few dollars. Do a search and you may find some stuff. The clear reflectors are made from material which you melt to the shape of the stock reflectors. And the demon eyes can be made by melting acrylic tubes that open and close window blinds and putting LEDs in them.

If your looking for "real blue", "the more blue the better" look into cold cathodes. Most people have bought the cc fans and taken the ring from there. Here are some pics (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=11&threadid=119081&FTVAR_MSGDBTABLE=) and where (http://www.svc.com/) you can get them. Here (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=11&threadid=109555&FTVAR_MSGDBTABLE=) is a really good link with most of the info you should need.

Thanks. Those info are really useful. The install looks clean and sweet, looks just as good or even better than any demon eye mod I've seen. Plus it's only $30! I don't think you can beat that price. Anyway so I think this is what I'll go with. Now all I need is more info for the clear reflectors and Iam set.
You know that's illegal, right?
But hey look at the bright side, you will have all the time in the world to brush up (pun intended) on your painting skills in prison.

what is illegal? The blue demon eyes? I know it is illegal to have it on while driving but it's okay to have it installed. Plus they usually just give you a warning if you don't do it too often. I've driven with underbody neons many times, 3 years by now from time to time, which is also supposed to be illegal while driving. I did get stopped a couple of times, but not a single ticket. ;)

I did the Cold Cathode Tube mod about 2 weeks ago ... and again 3 days ago (changed color from Blue to blacklight ) ... looks nice. I'm also wondering if there's a way to clear the corners without buying the headlights... if not then I'm Nite Shading them. BTW ... taking the headlights apart and putting them back together is as easy as pie ... for those of you that are scared of doing it.

You'd be surprised at how many Euro NECO members want the orange reflectors (matches the tails). I got mine for free from a UK member.

Iam definately up for a trade if anyone want to trade their euro headlight for my headlight.
