Would changing my headers, therefore removing my precats, cause me to fail emissions inspection? I would still have my main cat. Somone told me removing the pre-cats would cause me to fail.

I have read here that if you put headers on but keep your man cat on, as long as the car is full warm, the man cat will do the job and pass you!
