Ok so fest is approaching fast so we need to organize soon. What chapters will we be caravaning with? Whos going? Whos not going? etc etc. State all info in this thread.

I'll lead cuz I've seen how Kevin drives. AND since my cruise control works, I'll be able to set a reasonable pace. How does 95 sound? :rofl:

Dan, will we be able to make the Harrisburg stop by 7? Or should we try to meet up elsewhere with the caravan? I can't remember where we met up with them last year, though I do know it was a McD's.
I will meet with whomever/whereever is necesasry to meet with Keystone and others (if Keystone has already make plans to meet with Ohio, etc).
I am NOT keen on going north for no reason to meet with Keystone that early- Perhaps (upper90 please verify) that we can travel and meet up where 70 and 76 meet in East Providence???

i'd like to meet up with some of yall if possible... it'll be me and one other tidewater member and we'll be on 64 all the way to kentucky basically...are yall hitting 64 at all?
We haven't in the past- Any chance of you guys making it up to link up with the MASSIVE (usually) I-70 caravan?

i'll try to see where i could meet up and not add on too much time...are yall gonna figure out approximate stop times along the way?...if so, i can plan by that
Usually it's been minimal time- Our times between stops/meeting with other caravans have been pretty dead-on in the past. If we're meeting with Upper90 and Keystone at East Providence (where 76 meets 70), that's the place to do it, since driving all the way to Harrisburg is pretty :crazy: for those in VA (since we just have to go west).

ok i think i've decided i'm just gonna drive up to my sisters in centreville on wed night and then leave with yall thursday morning...know what time everyones leaving thursday?

Remember, we need to organize with Keystone to meet with them at the 70/76 interchange (or at the first exit thereafter)... Need to gauge time, make sure we don't hold them up.
See why I'm not in charge of this? I did it 2 years in a row. Tired of it.

haha well NECO wife volunteered and I am a young and dumb 19 year old so its all you kelly. For covering my ass again, you will get your money for your sideskirts and more. ;)

I asked Upper90 to take a look at this thread to determine if us meeting up with them at 70 and 76 was kosher, but haven't heard anything since. I'll follow up with him again.

K, it looks like us meeting up with Keystone at 70 and 76 will be fine. Keith is going to set a timetable and I'll look at our departure time based on that. We should have a departure time no later than the end of this week.

K, peeps, allowing for some traffic and a potential late start from Dan's, we need to leave Dan's house no later than 6:30 am to meet up with the PA folks at 10 in Bedford, PA. This will put us into Indy about 4:00 pm. We'll be meeting up with the Ohiyah folks about 1ish.

shanda (viciouscat) and her friend are coming along too...they'll be leaving va beach with me wed afternoon to head up there...only problem is they dont have a place to stay wed night...anyone know of any cheap hotels in the area close to dans or be willing to house them for the night??

I can check with the parentals on the housing situation. We got a pretty nice guest room with two beds and easy access to the bathroom. I live maybe like 5 mins from dan.
