I was thinking about ordering some of the pedals that glow from streetglow, but I've already ordered some led's off Ebay so I can change the lights that are usually green to blue. Problem I'm running into is that how do I know that the pedals will match the led's I ordered from Ebay? I'm also planning on getting some neons to put in various places, how will I be able to make them match?

Probably just gonna have to go with it I mean if the leds are blue and the pedals and neons are gonna be blue then it really isn't gonna matter that much if they aren't exactly the same color, it will still give that effect you are looking for
I'm also planning on getting some neons to put in various places
I would recommend Cold Cathode tubes, or led bars over neons for the other things you have planned in the car it is cheaper, and easier to work with from everything I have read and done myself.

I have two neon bars underneath my dash - I swapped LED's into my A-pillar gauges and you can see that the LED's and neons match pretty darn well.
