ok do both front wheel provide power to the ground?

i recently bent my lower passanger side control arm and i had to replace that. and the struts were bad so i did that too. while installing the struts the cv joint poped out so i aligned and replaced it back. while i was checking my work (i car was on jack stands) i turned the car on and put it into drive. and only one side is turning the passanger sid wheel hub is not turning.

the open diff causes only one wheel to spin slightly when there is no load.
