custom cougar gauges

i want to buy the customcougar.com gauge faces but would like to know if the needles have to be removed to put them on and if so do they reset themselves or do i have to try to get them as close as possible. im asking cause i changed the ones in my neon a while back and now my gauges are off, so i dont want this to happen again.

yes with any face guages you will have to remove your needles and reset them... which can be fun .. theres a few how tos on this some where ...
