I live in East Stroudsburg which is located on the eastern side of PA. I see some Cougars around me once in awhile but none moded, till tonight. I work at UPS and tonight some kid pulled in with a Cougar with a kit and spoiler-less, just wondering if its anyone of you guys. And is there anyone around me.
