Passenger side window

The window seems to "struggle" at the halfway point of going up and down... by this i mean it slows down dramaically and then eventually picks up enough speed to finish opening and closing... ideas?

Could be a dying window motor or the window is at a slight angle or something.

The pass window motor crapped out on me on my Rustang back when.
