CEDAR POINT questions

That sticky thread is getting tired, so I have a few pressiong questions to ask.

ENTRY TIME: Does the hotel we picked offer the optional early-entrance tickets for the park? If not, I can get a good deal on regular tickets at Meijer. If so, I'll need to buy the ticket by Friday evening, so let's discuss the plan there, and make some decisions now.

HOTEL ROOMS: I was going to bring Lisa, but it appears she will still be in a cast and will be staying home, so I will be coming alone. Not wanting to pay for a whole room myself, does anybody want or need to share one? Anyone wanna let me crash on their floor? Reply here or shoot me a PM.

COLUMBUS PEOPLE: We should caravan again, like last year. Any plans on what time we should leave CowTown?

I need a roomie as well. I'll sleep on the couch/floor if must, just as long as no hankey pankey goes on ;) Also, i'm not sure what time you guys are leaving, but it's prolly going to be too early for me. I work 8-2 sat. but i'm def. getting sunday off, so i'll just leave from work. I'll miss the carvan there but at least the one back should be good. HOPEFULLY i have my rims/tires on.. my one rims leaking and i have to fill it up daily. Safe? Eh.. not much else i can do for now. So how much are tickets?

id say my house but im about 45 mins out from cedar point.....but if u want i could split a room with u alotught i wont be there untill 5 ish due to stupid classes

I'm not planning on reserving a room. I don't think the place will book up, so I'm just planning on taking care of that when I get to Sandusky.

But now, if someone could please verify if we will be getting early admission tickets or not, that would be great. Thank you...

No early entry this year. The hotel has $10 discount coupons available upon check-in Saturday morning. Also the internet price for the hotel is something like $10 to $20 cheaper than just booking a room directly.

Also, I have bad news!
Due to a family issue that I need to take care of Lisa and I will not be able to attend this year. It feels wrong being the organizer and all, but I have to cancel. I'm very sorry. If someone else wouldn't mind printing the timeline/schedule just so everyone knows what is going on and when I would appreciate it. Thanks, and again, I'm very sorry. I hope you all have a very good time and let me know how you like going during Halloweekends so I know next year if I should plan on the same thing or go back to early Sept. again.

I am totally cool with that. Any measure to cut costs is great - I have a body kit to paint... well, MOST of a body kit.

Well since nobody has any info, here's me:

I'm leaving Columbus at 7am; this shoud put me in Sandusky at about 9:30 or so, and I will go sttraight to the hotel. If anybody's there, great; if not, I'll head on over to the park at around 10.

Hmm, well, i was following the times Jason posted on the ohio neco website. So wasn't going to be at the hotel till sometime around 10:30. But it's a little late for me to say that now.
