Check out my new pad! Angie and I are really stoked!

The pictures labled view are from my bedroom window... its farm country!

The cool thing is... I am 5 minutes from Kroger, Best Buy, Walmart and 10 minutes from 71/75

Oh my gosh that is so cute. You to have to be so excited!!! Looks like plenty of room for Enzo and I-forget-his-name-cuz-I'm-terrible to run around. I would have to say it's brand new seeing as there's no grass?? That's the best to be in the middle of nowhere, yet the grocery is only 5 minutes away. Congrats guys!

Can you also please provide a new address?

Sweet, Tony. Who's your builder?

New-build is the only way to go, if you ask me. No problems to inherit, and the price is so competitive. Unless you want "classical ambience", go with the new-build.

Well the house we got is a market home, which means a builder built it with no customer in mind.. just to put it on the market.

The builder... I kid you not... is... "Sherlock Homes"

Makes me chuckle.

We got to pick out the carpet and thats about it, everything else was complete. We lucked out because a lot of the stuff in the house already matches the stuff we own.

We have to put in a fence to contain our "beasts" rocky and enzo.... and we need grass.. and we need "insert gigantic list here"
I am really exhited and so is Angie. We close at the end of next month, which is when our apartment lease is up. This way we dont have to puay double Mortgage and rent.

Tony
