So I ordered some Prothane motor mount inserts for my Saturn on Saturday. Received them today (Tuesday). And even though the part was a little tiny package, it came in this huge box crammed with free stuff; a hat, stickers, a full-on Summit catalog, whatever. Plus, there was a coupon for $20 off my next purchase, good through the end of November! So man, I am all about Summit Racing. Those guys come correct.

On a related note, I ordered some Energy Suspension inserts for the Cougar on Sunday from G Force Auto. Their online checkout was flaky and wouldn't accept my credit card, even though I re-entered it about 8 times, and I just said "eff 'em" and gave up. BUT, I later got a PERSONAL reply from the sales department saying that my order DID go through, and they were only gonna charge me once, even though I checked out 8 times... so although they didn't get a strike on the first roll, they pulled off the spare there. We'll see how much free crap they send me; I ought to receive their shipment tomorrow, if they want to compete with Summit...

Summit is pretty damn quick. I got my engine stand and catch pan pretty much within a week of ordering it. And free stuff is always a plus

Man they can blow my ass!
I just went up there to get my bottle filled last night and didn't get anything.
I've bought so much stuff from them it's ridiculous!

I guess I'll have to start ordering it through the mail now. But I can't imagine the shipping
on a set of front leaf springs for a f-250:crazy::biggrin:

I don't really take advantage of Summit being 30 minutes away. There's really nothing there that I can use.

Since Sarah was out of town and Slade was working, George and I met Jamie and his woman at Super Summit (http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/ohioneco/album?.dir=/dd36&.src=ph&.tok=phaVtHDB9JgP3np_) There are my pics. Jamie said he would have his up by Tuesday, but we all kow how reliable he is. Apparently he posts pics like he attends meets :cover:

On a related note - I STILL haven't received my GForce Auto order. It's been 9 days...

sorry about that. That is my computer illteracy. I actually did start to upload them last week, but for some reason the page couldn't be found so I gave up after a few tries. Today when I started uploading, I didn't even think to just add my pics to the file that already existed. Man sometimes I am a little "special". :stupid:

A little special? You think pretty highly of yourself ;) I'm more special than you. Turns out I thought this past Sunday was Father's Day and it ended up creating a huge controversy at home!
