i was just interested to know if these will fit our engine and fit in the engine bay..........
FORD RACING 2.0L ZETEC HIGH PERFORMANCE CAST ALUMINUM INTAKE MANIFOLD
FORD RACING FOCUS 2.0L ZETEC HEADER
any replies would be appriciated

Yes you can,but will not be a direct swap. Not sure how heavy you will have to modify to use both.

The intake manifold would fit, but would need to be modded. I don't think the bolt holes and port would line up stock and I think the alternator would hit the manifold if it's not moved.
The shorty header would fit the head, but the connection to the cat is not even close. If you were to take off the heat sheild on the manifold you'd see the cat to header connection and they aren't even remotely the same.

I've considered the route of the shorty header from a focus and asked a shop in my town the feasibility of putting it on. They said it should bolt up and then quoted me $75 to remove the cat. converter and put in a new piece of pipe to connect. I think in total they quoted $150 for all the labor and piping.
