i need mil eliminator help

i made some mil eliminators and they didn't work
i got the part numbers from team neco and my capacitors didn't look like the ones in the picture
the capacitors that where in the parts list where polarized, did i put them on in reverse or do i have the wrong part.
the cap in the picture is a non polarized

you prolly have the wrong capacitors.... or put them on backwards like you mentioned

i think its the wrong capacitor
the cap is just bridging two wires so i think it should work either way
anybody know any of the guys at team neco?
