So this past weekend I went out to Connecticut to visit Tim (tr0nic)... we pretty much tore my car into pieces and did a load of painting... Unfortunately his paint got jacked so we did everything with rattle cans (Krylon Fusion)... I'm not going ot post installed pics yet b/c there we some "uh oh's" during reinstallation and theres so touchup work todo... So, that being said hes all the work we got done... All props goto Tim, he did ALLLLLLLL the paint and open/close of the head/fog lights...

I painted my interior pieces this week too...but red.

Your theme almost makes me thing you should have done the cowl in white, too. How did you get the console center section out? It appeared to be plastic-welded in to me. I just masked it off.

Yours looks good!

its plastic welded...nothing a seraded knife cant get through with a lil pressure... i;ve got to get a bit touched up tho... tim did the best he could with rattle cans, but im a perfectionist so I'll have to get some stuff touched up or possibly repainted sad as it seems... But thats the chance you take with rattles... plus we did it all in one day... preferably you want to paint and clear coat one day then let it cure overnight and install the next day... we had less than a day todo our work... so i guess i should have expected some rough results.. overall im impressed and happy...

did u have to plastic weld the middle back together when u were all done, or did u not worry about it?

oh and just for another comment
i was thinkin about repainting over some of the crap in my car and those seem to be the EXACT pieces i was going to be doing, and exactly how i wanted to do it ... damn man, read my mind

only thing i don't see is the piece that goes into each of the rear door panels ... lil like rectangular piece that is usually hidden on the side of the seat

im just gunna use a glue gun to put it all back together

as for the missing piece, the only thing i didnt do was the panel that holds the lock/window switches on either door... i think the piece your talking about is the handle "grip" on the rear panel... ill have todo that as well
