Sad...Cougar Down

So around 11:10 a.m. this morning is was basically goodbye to my cougar. Just left the dentist and im at a stop light.. Cars making a left crossing pass me all go and my light turns green. I start going all a sudden out of no where i see a car flying at me. No time for reaction at all. I was doing about 25 and he had to be doing about 45 mph says a cop witness. We totally hit head on airbags deployed and all. We hit impact and both cars grabbed eachother and took me into a pole. Had to climb through the sunroof cause his car was wedged on the driverside and the passenger door would not open. Didnt wanna go to the hospital so i got a ride home from the tow truck driver. Get home and my girlfriend decides I needed to go. Got some bruises pretty bad on my shoulder, neck is killing me and my hip is killing me. Thats all the pain for now till I wake up. Im glad it was nothing more. But my parents are gonna try and sue also and im prob. gonna get some extra money out of this. Im not sure if im gonna stick with another cougar. I had the best time with it. Great car looked beautiful, and made me happy everytime I turned around and looked at it. Many other car options are running through my head now just cause I know im prob. gonna get something good cause I know ill be getting some good money for this if not just enough to get me another nice car. Its def. been great having the cougar and im glad i had this experience and all the help I needed with you guys here. Ill prob still post here to see whats up and to still get jelous off certain cougars but you can be sure I wont be having any of them nice car wash pics of my cougar anymore. Ima take pics of it tomorrow and show ya'll what a real ass head could do to yah for just being in a rush. Il probaly be selling somethings off of it so just gimmie a chance to see what I could grab and ill let you all know what it would be after the insurance ajuster takes a look. Dont ask for anything from the front end cause its all broken anyway..from side doors back is fine!

don't sue chances are the benefits won't put out much if the guy has no/little money you won't get much if your parents decide to hire an expensive lawyer cost will be great.. in civil cases awards generally are not high anymore (runaway juries) go ahead and look it up... not worth the sue unless you have MAJOR MEDICAL issues. also the driver who hit you insurance company will give you some money for medical issues.

I dont know if the sidemarkers still work. I lost one lense in the accident but i got 1 clear one which prob. wont help. I got 1 passenger side headlight also..The Visteon kit is still in tacked..Im not sure about the screw holes since it got ripped off from the hit and also one of the sideskirts has a little piece taken out of it by the wheel. Other then that its in good condition. Im probaly gonna sell the taillight covers also and just gimmie ideas of what ya'll will need or w.e and Ill see what i could grab..It aint gonna be for about a week or so until the insurance claims ajuster comes. If I they yard also lets me do this ima gonna take off the stock 16's that are painted black and sell them and put my 17's back on the car since the 2 aint fixed yet and try and sell them

Thanks for the look outs guys..means alot..just to inform all in need of parts tho..Dont ask just yet cause I still have to wait and see if this guy will let me grab some things off it. If i cant ill grab any little things or as much as I could..but this could take a week in order for me to get the word..so hold the questions till then cause I dont wanna lose any requests and feel bad. Just that one favor would be great..When I do find out you all will be notified and you all can ask for w.e u want, and u shall get!

Hey man, glad ur alright & that u didn't get hurt worse then u could of. It sucks being hit with stupid ass drivers.
I got T-Boned a few months ago from a lady running a stop sign but wasn't as bad as yours man. Sorry again.

You know, if i were ever in a wreck with another car, i would want it to be in the coug. After seeing all these people post pictures of their cars after their wreck, they walk away fine and their car is FUQED. There was a post a while back IIRC about this one guy's girlfriend/wife maybe?? who rolled it like 4 times and she walked away fine and the freakin engine still ran?! All in all, Glad to hear you're still in one piece. Just out of curiousity, what was the other guy driving?
