Wow I cleaned my UIM, LIM, TB today for the first time, man it took me almost all day scrubbing the crud out of there, I don't think it had ever been done before, so it had, 112,000 miles plus of (censored) in it, I was like crap, I haven't started it up yet or taken it on the road I'm still waiting on the Gasket, between the TB and the UIM, had to get it overnighted to me but besides that I think it will all be good in the long run I'll let you all know how it turns out...

Yeah, Cleaning the UIM is a royal pain, esp if it's never been done before...

Were you using carb cleaner? or what?

Just be careful to make sure you don't leave anything in the manifold or you could say goodbye to your 112,000 mile engine. :)

Nothing was in there it is all good now, getting a lot better Gas Mileage, and I'm feeling a increase in power, but now I'm having a problem wth the Cruise control stuttering when it is slowing down to get to speed like when you are going down a hill, also having a small problem with Throttle hang...
