Just wondering if anyone has a easy way to do this or will I just have to experiment.

The backs or bottoms? For the bottom just lift up the cup holder and push back on the metal v shaped thing that is on that little hook. It will pop out as for the backs pm phatcat00 he has his out for a huge sub box I think they are just 4 bolts per seat
