It is official. As of 6:00 PM today ( 5/18/05 ) I am now officially Pierre's new neighbor! Jenny and I bought a nice house about 2 blocks from Pierre with a 5 car driveway and a double garage so it's now Mod Meet neighborhood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely!!! I'll be having a big "All hands" moving day party with help wanted and following through with a BBQ and hangout at my new place!

Give me about a week or so and I'll get some pix up here for all to see. The house is sweet. It even backs onto a protected conservation area and a creek so it won't be developed behind my back yard. We get possesion on June 30th and then house modding construction begins! Guess the car is on hold for a while as I divert funds. :( No more body kit / seating plans for me this year.

just give me as much notice as possible so i can make sure i get the day off work. and see if my dad will give me the mountaineer for the day. afterwards we can go to the bars and find me a hottie for the night :) although if i bring the mountaineer we gonna take the cougar to the bars.... chicks dont dig old people style car :(

The plan is underway on ridding of the old house. It is not sold yet, but I love it when a plan comes together! As we speak, my old garage is being repaired and other misc stuff is happening in preparation for next Sunday's big open house again. I also want to overlap my homes by one month for some new construction and updates on the new place.

I hope that works for you. A job transfer brought me to Michigan several years ago. Our house in Ohio didn't sell for almost a year...cost us a lot of money.
