Well, I'm setting up another run to Kart2Kart -- since we had such a good time before. We haven't decided on a day quite yet, but it will be either the 28th or 29th. For those who went last time, the same people from my bunch are coming, plus 4 more. We're trying to make it so we can fill a complete heat, so we don't get our asses handed to us by 12 year olds again. :P
From last time it'll be me, my cousin Roy (the big guy with slow times, lol), Marcus, and his dad Dallas. Also joining us will be Roy's brother Chris (and you thought Roy was a big guy, lol), and 3 guys from their office. That's 8 of us right there, and I believe each heat is 10 ppl?
For those who didn't go. You absolutely MUST, it is a great time, even if we only do a few runs. (I drove 2 hours round trip last time for 2 runs, but lemme tell ya, it was WELL worth it.) Its Go-Kart racing at its best, with an indoor track so no worry about rain, and Karts that do (they say) 45mph. (I think only the 12 year olds got up to that speed, lol.) You can check it out at http://www.kart2kart.com for more info. Its $20 per run, and we'll most likely take a break in the middle and go grab some food.
I'm hoping to get in 3 or 4 runs, if not more this time, depending if I can still hold a steering wheel at that point. :P So com'on, this is a great way to race with a bunch of friends, and we don't have to worry about wrecking each others cars. (Who was it that ended up backwards on lap 1 last time?) :D
