Just curious which fluid the MTX takes for a V6 cougar... There are so many different kinds of fluid and different weights out there now for different manufacturers I can't figure out which one is used for this tranny.

#2 Tie: Royal Purple Synchromax or AMSOIL European Engine oil 5-40
#3 Mobil 1 synthetic ATF
I was using Royal Purple Synchromax before disassembling my trans to install a Torsen and everything looked perfect at 65k miles.
