FINALLY!!!!! my bumper arrived today, perfectly packed, from cc.com. if you all dont know the story, here it is.
so back in OCTOBER i ordered the min garage from from kk.com. about a month and a half later, i realized it still wasnt here. so we called about it, and they said they shipped it out. the checked the tracking info, and it stopped somewhere it chicago. so they say they will give them a call to see whats going on. about a week later, we call them back, and see whats up, and they still havent called. we give them another chance. they call the next day, then call us back and tell us the bumper was lost. so they start to file a claim with the shipping company who is going to pay for a new one and to ship the new one and everything. the sales guy says they will update us either through phone or email when they get things settled. about a month or so later, we have heard nothing. so we call them up and they say they are still working on the initial paper work. another week goes by, we call them again, same thing. you would think it would be jst as easy to send out a 2nd bumper as it was the first, right? i guess not. they promise to get on it, so we say ok. another month goes by, still no bumper because they are still working on the paper work. we call :bs: and ask for our money back. a week later, half the money shows up in our paypal account. we call them, see whats up, they say it was a mistake, and say they will send the rest imediatly. a day or 2 later we finally get the rest of the money.
so the next day, i place an order for the bumper at cc.com. 2 days ago, 2 weeks and 2 days had passed, so i shot them an email asking the status, and they sent me the order information, the tracking number, the shipping company, and the shipping company's phone and email information. the next day the shipping cmopany called us and arranged a drop off time since a signature was required, and they dropped it off right when they said they would.
also note we initially tried emailing with kk.com because that is what criag suggested when i PMed him about the situation. all he said was "email all sales questions to onlinesales@krazykustomz.com" and we emailed them before we called for the forst 3 times. and never, not once, recieved an email back.
overall, i am VERY dissappointed with my service from kk.com, and am very impressed with the service from cc.com.
im not sure if i should post this in transaction feedback for a few reasons. 1: i dont want criag to have to turn into james and only secretly visit the boards. 2: this was one bad transaction. no one else has seemed to have bad transactions with him. so maybe this was a one time thing or something, i dont know. 3:i know criag will just try to fight the facts of what happened, and i dont want to argue it.
