View Full Version : anyone know about 01 pedals for a 99?

Hey there, I'm interested in buying a set of aluminum pedals for my 99 MTX. I know that the later versions of the car come with stainless pedals stock. Does anyone know if these pedals will fit onto my car or should i just go straight aftermarket?

sorry that i haven't been around lately, but winter is finally gone!
01+ pedals will fit on your 99 with no modification. The gas pedal is a direct replacement and the clutch and brake are covers that slide on.

I went to Ford today to see if I could get a pair and the guys there were trying to convince me that it wouldn't work and that they wouldn't fit. I was pretty sure that they would, but they would have none of it. Stupid ford. I'll go try again
