..try driving behind a 12 year old riding a bike in the middle of the road while talking on his cell phone. Unbelievable. He was completely oblivious, riding with one hand on the handlebar, not moving from the middle of the road. If I were a cop I would have pulled him over. Gee, I didn't have a cell phone when I was 12...had no need for one.

Imagine letting someone who has been driving with their highbeams on, directly behind you...for 5 miles, that you don't appreciate it by hitting them in the face with a beam of light powerful enough to spotlight clouds.
