So Ang and I are pretty much set on one of these 2. Either a new 05 cobalt ss or neon SRT4.
Unfortunatly our wedding budget won't let us afford a new 05 gt mustang or a wrx.
Our other 2 choices were either a RAM 1500 or new tiburon.
So I guess my question is. Any hear any good/ bad things about the new cobalts. Insurance is dirt cheap.

btw. we're selling the mustang for $8000. it's just a basic v6 coupe. If we can't sell it, we are going to just trade it in.

The Cobalt SS isnt released yet to public because of problems that are comming up . Also the Rev limiter on them is terrible and a SRT would smoke it of the light. I drive them alot for QEK and do some mods for them. Nice cars but not worth the money if you can get a SRT.

Here are the pics (http://kevintm.com/images/cars/2001mustang/)
I did not know that about the SS. The guy at the dealership said that he could get one. He proboly didn't know what he was talking about then. My legs have troubles fitting in the neon. That's my only turn off. The cougar seems to give me more room. I have it set all the way back and on the way down to fit *in the cougar*

If you're that tall man then you should step-up to a larger car, if possible... I also have to sit rather far back in my Coug because of the long legs/arms, and Neon's feel CRAMPED to me. Have you thought about a Used Avenger, or another mid-sized sports car? (Grand Prix GTP, drools...)
