any information on the fitment for an I4 cougar with the CTA intake? i highly doubt you would have info, but i thought i might ask anyway lol. the intake hits the stock hood, so im guessing it would extend like though the hood lol. i went out and measured where it it, and it hits about 11 inches down from the top of the hood, and right in the center. so, would you mind maybe measuring that for me to see if its possible to work with the I4?

Does your intake hit on the outer skin or the inner skeleton cause our inner structure is pretty much exact.

um, i'm not sure. i think outer. it has dented the hood (and is visible when the hood is closed) so i think that means the outer, right?

The carbon fiber hood has the oem latch correct?

this is a stock hood, with the original "v" cut out and bent downwards, welded in the missing metal.. fiberglassed over it to clean it up.. put mesh in it.. and your done.. u got urself an s type hood...

This hood is complete Carbon and fiberglass the only metal is the latch and it is oem replacement (it took 3 molds to make)

I really like this hood but its still alittle different from the real Cougar S hood just looks at some pics.
The top piece where the vent is suppose to be alittle higher.

but its so hard to choose Kaminari CF hood or cougar S hood

After staring at the Eliminator Cougar pics for awhile, I decided this just simply won't fit my overall design for my car. Now back to figuring out if I'm going to use this Pred hood, or pick a different one.
