I haven't had the IMRC cover on for the longest time, and I tried putting a CF IMRC cover on but I don't know where the IMRC cable is suppose to be. Is it suppose to run outside the cover or inside the cover? Anybody have a close up pic of the engine bay?

inside the cover....don't have a pic, but just replaced my IMRC

Oh ok I thought so but I was thinking it might hit the water pump belt.

The stock cover has a groove in it to hold it on top away from the belt. Dont think theres anything like that on the CF ones. Maybe try some double sided tape and a loop. or something

The cover doesn't have anything to hold the cable away from the water pump pulley. There's supposed to be a plastic harness behind the pulley that just barely misses it that holds the cable and something else.
Edit: This is what it looks like. Just pretend there's a valve cover there.
