Brian (and a few others) had recommended Chicago Indoor Racing for the next meet... www.chicagoindoorracing.com
I've sent in for more information on group rates... because individually it looks like it would be $35 to start... for just two races... then $10 / race after that. Just seems a little steep... so I'm going to see if they offer groups a better deal.
Groups would be a minimum of 8 people... so while I wait for the information, I thought I would see what the interest is in here. Let me know if you'd be willing to pay around $40 ish... and would want to go...
If you have other ideas for meets... let me know.

Granted its a long drive for the Chicago people, but how about joining WI for a day of go-carts at the dells?

Where are there indoor carts in Rockford? I knew about Rev-it-up... but I heard they closed down?

Ooh! Dells sounds like fun too! WE can go bungee jumping and watchg the Tommy Bartlett stunt show! THen we can get all day passes at that go-kart track! Whee!!

I'm not... I'll totally do big cheifs go-kart world [I or II, either works for me] at the dells. you get ALOT more for your money. plus its summer, I'd prefer to do a nice cruise.

I'm thinking the Dells is a distinct possibility.
All day ticket for Mt. Olympus Theme Park (formerly Big Cheif Carts) is $32 + tax... that's already a better deal than Chicago Indoor Racing's offer of 2 races for $35. Wisconsin Dells is a 2 hour drive from Rockford... we could leave real early (and i mean... real early) and be up there at open... hang out at Mt. Olympus for the whole day and drive home that night.
Unless you guys are thinking of staying over night... at which point we need to find hotels... or camp grounds... What do you guys want to do... make it a day-trip, or a weekend-venture. What's Wisconsin NECO got planned so far?

Personally, Im thinking of a day trip. Then again I live in Rockford, and dont have the extra time to get back into chicago.

Agreed, c'mon people, make some suggestions. I have May 14th possible running in the WI thread. Bensenville has somethigng going on that weekend, and he is the only one who has really responded. Lets start PLANNING PEOPLE!!!
