I've just been thinking about getting a single Flowmaster put on my 99 v6 cougar..I mean I don't want very loud, I just want a rumble..just a good sound. Would anyone recommend this? and how would just one flowmaster sound? I had 2 flowmasters put on my v6 mustang and it was louder than a GT..sounded great. Anyways, I just need some advice.

Are you putting it in the center resonator spot, or out back? A Flow in the center needs a resonator out back, or it will be SUPER LOUD and coarse.
Right now I have a single Flow out back under the bumper, with the stock resonator still in its place. My car sounds awesome. Real throaty at idle and low RPM's, lotsa bass; but very quiet and livable on the freeway.
