ok i was wondering if i could chop off the top and bottom of the steering wheel, basically my idea was to chop off the top and the bottom round that complete the wheel, maybe give it that race car feel.

it would most likely be flimsy and look like ass. you would be a ble to see the core of the wheel on the four exposed sides after you cut.

yeah i was thinking aboutpuitting like caps or something their after i vut it. not completly sure if i will do it, i ll try and get ahold of a wheel from a junk yard and then try it.

Sounds like the batmobile..You could get a themse song and a big light in the sky for whenever you take it out..:rofl: j/k..If you could keep the integrity of the wheel and cap those ends so it looks decent, I don't see why it wouldn't work..:shrug:

i think ill try it with a wheel from the junk yuear before i do it to make sure it looks good.

just buy a new wheel... MOMO and Sparco make wheels like what you are looking for already in that shape.

go to LTB Motorsports (http://store.yahoo.com/ltbmotorsport/index.html) they carry both sparco and momo lines and have great prices/customer service.
