Yes I'm still alive for any people wondering since I hadn't posted in about a month. I've been really busy, although I have checked in on the forums regularly from work, I just haven't had anything to say. I had also promised some people that I would post some pics from our Maui vacation so here goes.

It took me more than one look at this to figure out what car this started out as. Even the back end was changed.

WTF!?! The front looks lifted from a Studebaker Avanti, but the sides and convertible top say Camaro to me... that's REALLY weird.
Looks like you guys had plenty of awesome scenery. Great pictures! Welcome back.

You are correct Andy, they even used the Studebaker rear. The sides and convertable top is the way I figured it out as well. Lots of rice in Maui, one car done in different shades of sparkle green air brushed in symetrical patterns and then on the hood the Virgin Mary was airbrushed on (our camera was in Lisa's bag unfortunately). I saw 3 Cougars, 1 black, 1 rio red with a huge dent behind the driver's door, and 1 ash gold. I even saw a Cavalier with a Roadrunner style spoiler that had to be at least 3 feet tall. They also have roads that are more like an autocross course, but if you go off course you run off a cliff into the ocean. The scenery was spectacular.
It's doubtful I will be any more active in the coming months, but I'll keep an eye on NECO. TTYL

looks like fun, what's with everyone going on vacations! man, bum me out. ha ha. maui looks gorgeous, where is it again? like on the map wise? i'm dumb

Uh like I'm pretty sure it's in Hawaii........or something. (I didn't realize Maui is an island :stupid: )

Looks like you guys had an awesome time. Did you scuba or surf or do anything you can't do in crappy Ohio? How come everyone is going to Hawaii but me :( Anyone want to go? I hope your're reading this Slade :mad:

Looks awesome Jason. Glad to hear you guys had a great time and stuff. yeah that avantiaro is pretty wild. It is ugly as sin but hey it looks like the actual work done to make the transformation is top notch. Glad to have you guys back.

Everyone I have ever spoken to who has visited HAWAII said that it was nice, but after a day or two, they were MORE than ready to come home. I guess the 'main island' is a very popular tourist destination which makes everything very crowded. Also, they all said they were surprised and aggravated by the common rudeness of a lot of the tourists.
Visiting one of the smaller islands is your best bet :thumbsup:
