Well the other day while i was getting into my car i noticed a foot long crack on my front windshiel that starts from the driver side pillar arm and runs a foot wide towards the middle of the windshield. I have extended warranty on the car for another 2 more years and its bumper to bumper so i was wondering if that will cover the cost of it. Also what do u guys recommend me doing, either repllacing the full windshield or repairing it. I found this out the other day that they can actually repair a crack without replacing the windsheild but i dont have any knowledge about this so i would nt know if its a good choice. And what places do u guys recommend me going to that is close to woodbridge to get this fixed because i dont want someone to do a crappy job and then i start getting leaks.

Thanx!

I dunno how it works in the great white north, but down here Glass is replaced for free via insurance.

almost forgot, it's not worth repairing and not all that safe to repair a crack that long. And I don't think a bumper-bumper covers glass.

I would think that unless there is any evidence the crack was caused by something impacting it, they should replace it under warranty. If it cracked on its own, its defective.
