okay so i was out at holbrook Outback getting supplies for my East Setauket Outback..Pulling out of the parking lot of outback in holbrook I spotted a green cougar with white decals on the side and white rims and a huge spoilar..On one side it said NECO..who is this??

Did he have green tinted windows? Maybe it was Mike? He came to the Strike meet last year...I think he had chrome rims, though.

nah he had black window. and im pretty sure the rims were white..he works im guessing next to outback in holbrook. thats where i saw it
