ok bought a cap a while ago from someone on here and haven't installed it yet (system was in my second car and now going back into the cougar when picked up next weekend). I know I have heard soemthign about having to charge it before installation and don't know how I woudl go about doing this. There is not a "charger" with teh cap just the cap and holders. Anyone have any ideas form me on how to work this stuff out so I can get it installed this weekend or next weekend? All help is appreciated.

To chrage your cap you don't need a charger..
The first thing you do is make sure you cap is mounted where you want it,
then get you power wire and having a resistor in hand.
Connect the resistor to the power wire then to your cap(you might want someone there
with a meter to make sure you have the right amount of current in the cap and not to over
flow the cap and make the cap spill the acid inside)...
The main thing is to have the resistor the right size(you can go to radio shack, they could help maybe???)
