What steering wheel hubs wil fit our car? I've heard you can use the Sparco hub ring from a Ford Focus, is that true?
Thanks,
Nick

yes, Momo Ford Focus hub... you need to modify your plastic housing AROUND the hub to fit later.

Where can you get an airbag simulator? And I've heard Momo steering wheels can be used with Sparco adapters, so the Sparco hub adapter for the Focus should work then, right? Also, what do you do with the cruise control buttons???
Thanks,
Nick

You won't have cruise control buttons. Does anyone have a quick release Steering wheel? Is it illegal on the street or does it depend on local authorities?

you can have cruise control you just need to extend the wiring and relocate the buttons. i personally havent gotten around to it yet but it is very doable.
airbag simulator (http://www.airbagsystems.com/disconnect.htm) it costs 29.00$ you dont need the disconnect kit. just the inexpensive simulator. it just plugs into the airbag wiring harness and your done.

or you can just stick a resistor between the airbag pins... I remember researching it and finding what value it needed but I no longer remember.
also note that your turn signals will no longer automatically turn off... but who uses turn signals anyways.

Kinda off the steering wheel topic but still on topic with air bags. I just bought and installed Corbeau cr1 seats and my car had side impact airbags. Will this kit work for the connectors under both seats for the air bag sensor. B/c .......you are right the blinking light does get annoying.

the turn signals will turn off just fine..thats where the extra grinding on the hub comes into play...you have to make sure the little metal clip on the clock spring can turn freely. once you grind the hub down enough it works just like OEM.
